My profile combines three perspectives that rarely meet in one person in practice:
Strategy consulting
Several years of experience in strategy consulting at Oliver Wyman and PwC Advisory, complemented by an academic grounding as Dr. oec. HSG (University of St. Gallen).
Operational leadership in retail
As General Manager and Country Manager, I have led international subsidiaries with P&L responsibility for OBI, INTERSPORT and DKSH, from franchise and licensing models to wholly owned subsidiaries.
Asia and Europe at first hand
I lived and worked in China and South-East Asia for several years. Familiar with Far Eastern cultures, I have a deep understanding of Asian markets and their consumers – and at the same time I have led and driven expansion in European markets for major companies.
Beyond this, I am committed to Swiss entrepreneurship: as initiator and host of the HSG Alumni Hidden Champions event series, and as host of the podcast Three Minutes of Clarity.
