3. The Target Operating Model
We develop a clear picture of tomorrow's organisation. Who decides what? Which processes are critical? This target state must be understandable for every employee on a single sheet of paper.

4. Transformation Management
Paper is patient; organisations are not. I guide the implementation with clear milestones and KPIs. We ensure that changes do not fizzle out but become part of daily operations.

5. Winning the Team
Transformation rarely fails due to technology; it usually fails due to culture. As an experienced C-Level leader, I know how to bring executives and teams along on the journey—or how to constructively resolve resistance.
